Standard delivery term in our warehouse is 10-16 days except otherwise clearly indicated from the moment the order is confirmed – excluding weekends and national holidays .
A very important aspect which should be kept into consideration is that the parts which are not available in supplier’s stock will have a minimum delivery of 40-50 days but supplier can modify this delivery term to backorder ( up to 6 months ) without prior notification . Kindly be advised that return or cancellation on this brand will not be possible once the order is placed to the supplier = this is the policy imposed directly by BYD .
Unfortunately , we do not have program to make identifications based on the VIN of the car .
